These Terms and Conditions govern your use of baorganization.com and the services provided by BA Organization ("BA Organization," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, enrolling in our text messaging program, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

02Our Services

BA Organization provides home organization, non-toxic cleaning, move-in concierge, seasonal refresh, and related in-home services in Georgia.

Submitting a form on our website is a request for a consultation. It does not create a booking or a binding agreement. A project begins only once the scope, schedule, and pricing have been confirmed in writing between you and BA Organization.

03Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the BA Organization text messaging program.

Program description

BA Organization sends appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, arrival notifications, and service updates by text message to clients who have opted in.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, by providing your mobile number to us in writing, or by verbally agreeing when you book a service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BA Organization.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the appointments and services you have scheduled with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. BA Organization does not charge a fee for text messages. Charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

04Booking and Scheduling

Project scope, dates, rates, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written proposal or service agreement provided to you before work begins. That document, together with these terms, governs your project.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. Specific notice requirements and any associated fees are set out in your service agreement.

05Client Responsibilities

So we can do our best work, we ask that you:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the spaces we are servicing on the scheduled date
• Tell us in advance about allergies, sensitivities, pets, security systems, or any hazard in the home
• Remove or secure valuables, cash, jewelry, medication, firearms, and confidential documents before we arrive
• Make decisions about what stays and what goes; we advise and organize, but items are discarded or donated only with your approval
• Provide a working power supply, water, and adequate ventilation where the service requires it

06Your Belongings and Property

We treat your home and belongings with care. You remain the owner of everything in your home at all times, and nothing is removed, donated, or discarded without your direction.

BA Organization is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, for items that are inherently fragile or improperly stored, or for loss of items that were not disclosed to us. Please tell us in advance about anything requiring special handling.

07Photography and Marketing

We often photograph our work. Photographs are taken only of the spaces we service, never of people, personal documents, or identifying details, unless you specifically agree.

If you prefer that we not photograph your project or not use those photographs in our portfolio, website, or social media, simply tell us. We will honor that request, and it will not affect your service or pricing in any way.

08Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on baorganization.com, including text, photographs, graphics, the BA Organization name, and our logo, is owned by BA Organization or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

09Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Information on our website about organizing, cleaning products, or wellness is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional regarding health concerns.
